Early bird registration is now open for the Saskatchewan Pork Industry Symposium 2025, scheduled for November 4–5 at the Saskatoon Inn and Conference Centre in Saskatoon.
Steve Seto, Communications and Marketing Coordinator with the Saskatchewan Pork Development Board, says the event continues to be one of Canada’s leading pork industry conferences, drawing over 300 producers, industry stakeholders, and government representatives from across the country and around the world.
“We’re putting the final touches on our agenda, which will be released in the coming weeks,” Seto noted. “We’ll be highlighting new projects at Sask Pork, showcasing our Whole Hog video series, and featuring the recently completed 3D barn so producers can see firsthand the work being done on their behalf.”
This year marks the 48th anniversary of the symposium, celebrating decades of connecting the pork industry and providing insights into the latest research, technology, and developments.
