Happy happened here again this year as we Celebrated Indiana’s Bicentennial with two and a half miles of food and fun. Ten acres of thrills, rides and games. Seventeen days of FREE Stage stars. And hundreds of events and programs. Phew that’s a lot! 2016 was a fun year!
