The facility’s walls and ceilings are precast concrete, gating and waterers are stainless steel, and epoxy-coated floors protect slats from erosion over time—addressing common issues found in older barns. By prioritizing long-term reliability over frequent remodels and eliminating mild steel entirely, this barn sets a new standard for resilience, ensuring it remains a key asset for decades to come.
