Smithfield Foods is spicing up the bacon category with a new flavor launch under its We Speak Pork campaign: Smithfield Mike’s Hot Honey Bacon. The product pairs Smithfield’s signature hickory-smoked bacon with the sweet-heat kick of Mike’s Hot Honey, aiming to blend tradition with a trending consumer taste.

This first-of-its-kind innovation is rolling out nationally this month in major retailers including Kroger, Publix, Meijer, and Shop Rite. To fuel awareness, Smithfield is backing the launch with a full 360-degree marketing push, including a Times Square activation, influencer engagement, and streaming ads voiced by comedian Ben Schwartz.
