Monogram Foods Names Jeff Frank as New CEO

Monogram Foods has appointed Jeff Frank as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective April 28, 2025. Frank, the outgoing CEO of Organic Valley, will take over leadership from Monogram’s Co-Founder Karl Schledwitz, who has led the company since 2004. Schledwitz will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Frank brings a wealth of leadership experience to Monogram, including a 25-year tenure at Hormel Foods, where he played a key role in major acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives. At Organic Valley, he helped drive the company to surpass financial targets and secure the top market share position in its category.

Schledwitz noted that Frank was the “unanimous choice” following an extensive national search, highlighting his leadership skills and proven track record in driving growth.

Monogram Foods, headquartered in Memphis, is a leading co-manufacturer of meat snacks, bacon, and other protein products. Frank’s extensive experience in protein markets and brand development positions him well to lead the company into its next phase of expansion.

Industry Impact

With Frank’s background at Hormel and Organic Valley, his leadership could signal strategic moves for Monogram Foods in expanding its presence in the protein sector. His experience with major acquisitions and market growth could play a role in shaping Monogram’s future in pork and processed meat products.
