Cindy Ziegler Celebrates 25 Years as a Pillar of Iowa Select Farms’ Osage Warehouse

After more than two decades of unwavering dedication, Cindy Ziegler is being celebrated for her 25 years of service at Iowa Select Farms—where she’s long been considered the heartbeat of the Osage warehouse.

As warehouse manager, Cindy supports sow, nursery, wean-to-finish, and gilt development farms across Howard and Mitchell counties, ensuring that farm managers and supervisors have everything they need to operate efficiently. Her ability to manage inventory, organize logistics, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment has made her a vital asset to the Iowa Select team.

“I enjoy making our farm managers and supervisors’ jobs a little easier and a bit more efficient,” Cindy shared. “Anything a farm needs, I have ready for them.”

But Cindy’s contributions go far beyond inventory and logistics. She is known company-wide—and in her local community—for her kindness, generosity, and deep commitment to helping others. A loyal supporter of the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation, Cindy is proud to work for a company that shares her values.

“Helping others is important to me, and I’m proud to work for a company that’s committed to their employees and their communities,” she said.

Outside the warehouse, Cindy treasures her time with her children and seven grandchildren—whom she calls her “pieces of gold.” Whether she’s tending to her seven flower beds, gardening, or growing produce to share with family and neighbors, her passion for nurturing both people and plants shines through.

Her advice for anyone facing a rough day?

“Go see a grandkid!”

Congratulations to Cindy Ziegler on 25 years of dedicated service. Your impact on Iowa Select Farms and your community is truly inspiring.
