Nor-Feed, a global specialist in plant-based extracts for animal nutrition and health and part of the Adisseo group, has announced the appointment of Nicolas Tessier as General Manager, effective March 1, 2026.
Tessier succeeds Olivier Clech, who will transition to a non-executive role on the company’s Board of Directors after leading the organization for more than fourteen years.
Tessier joined Nor-Feed in 2009 and has held a range of leadership roles across the company, including positions in Research & Innovation, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales. His cross-functional experience and deep familiarity with Nor-Feed’s operations position him to guide the company through its next phase of development within the Adisseo organization.
Olivier Clech played a key role in strengthening Nor-Feed’s international presence and advancing the company’s portfolio of plant-based solutions aimed at addressing industry challenges such as oxidative stress and coccidial risk management. In his new role on the Board, he will continue to support Nor-Feed’s long-term strategy and governance.
