The Minnesota Pork Board officially wrapped up Minnesota Pork Congress 2026, bringing together producers, exhibitors, and industry partners for two days of education, networking, and collaboration in Mankato.
According to the organization’s recap, this year’s event featured a lineup of seminars alongside a busy trade show floor, where exhibitors connected directly with pork producers from across Minnesota and the surrounding region. Attendees had opportunities to engage in conversations ranging from production management to broader industry topics shaping pork today.
Beyond the formal programming, the value of Pork Congress continues to be the face-to-face interaction — reconnecting with peers, sharing ideas, and strengthening relationships across the pork supply chain.
The Minnesota Pork Board described the event as energized and well attended, capped off with favorable Minnesota weather — always a bonus for a February gathering.
Photos shared by the organization captured snapshots from the show floor and seminar sessions, reflecting the engagement and turnout throughout the event.
Looking ahead, Minnesota Pork Congress is already scheduled for February 9–10, 2027, with organizers encouraging producers and industry partners to mark their calendars.
As one of the Upper Midwest’s key annual pork events, Minnesota Pork Congress remains a consistent touchpoint for connection, education, and industry momentum.
