Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) has recently appointed James Profera as the new director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA). Profera brings to the company a wealth of experience, having spent over 15 years in the FSQA field at Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. Notably, Profera hails from South Sioux City, Nebraska, making him a local to the Siouxland area.
In expressing his enthusiasm for his new role, Profera highlighted the company’s culture of innovation as a driving factor. He pointed out the significant integration of automation and technology within STF’s processes, emphasizing the abundant opportunities to explore new directions and strategies.
STF, based in Sioux City, operates as a collaboration between two major entities: Seaboard Foods located in Merriam, Kansas, and Triumph Foods headquartered in St. Joseph, Missouri.
