Iowa Select Farms is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Scott Stehlik as its new Vice President, Support Operations. With more than two decades of swine industry experience and a unique blend of veterinary, operational, and leadership expertise, Dr. Stehlik steps into a key role aimed at driving performance and support across the system.
In his new position, Dr. Stehlik will oversee several core areas including Health Services, Production Well-being, Transportation, and Crew Services. His appointment is part of Iowa Select Farms’ broader commitment to enhancing leadership and strengthening the operational backbone of its production system.
Dr. Stehlik brings a rich history of leadership to the role, having held senior positions at M2P2, The Maschhoffs, and most recently Merck Animal Health, where he led technical services for both swine and poultry. In addition to his DVM, he is a board-certified executive leadership coach—adding depth to his ability to mentor teams and support workforce development.
