Honoring 35 Years of Dedication: Jane Munoz Celebrated by Murphy Family Ventures

Murphy Family Ventures is celebrating a remarkable career milestone for one of its most dedicated team members — Jane Munoz, Sow Farm Manager at Taylor’s Bridge, has marked 35 years with the company.

Since joining MFV in 1990, Jane has been a cornerstone of the organization’s success in North Carolina production. Her leadership, consistency, and passion for swine farming have left a lasting impact on both the animals in her care and the generations of team members she has mentored along the way.

Greg Wulf, Director of NC Production, shared heartfelt praise:

“Today, we proudly recognize and celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 35 years of unwavering dedication, integrity, and excellence. Jane has been the very definition of commitment. Through changing times and challenges, she’s shared her knowledge generously and built a legacy that will long outlast any job title.”

Jane was honored alongside her team at Taylor’s Bridge Sow Farm, joined by MFV President and CEO Dell Murphy, Vice President Wen Murphy, and Production Manager Mark Spearman. The celebration captured the culture of respect and loyalty that defines Murphy Family Ventures.

From daily farm operations to long-term mentorship and development, Jane Munoz continues to inspire excellence in the pork production community.

Swine Web congratulates Jane Munoz and Murphy Family Ventures on this outstanding achievement. Here’s to 35 years of dedication — and the legacy it leaves behind.
