  1. What made you confident that Kanters was the right next step in your career?

Growing up in the agricultural sector, particularly the swine industry, I understand the importance of animal husbandry and proper sanitary practices in barns. Kanters offers a wide range of custom solutions for producers to ensure top-of-the-line care. My passion, paired with Kanters unique approach and attentiveness to these issues, made my decision a no brainer.

2. What’s your strategy for introducing Kanters’ clean water and gut health solutions to new producers across North America?

I believe the first step is education and awareness. While water is one of the “big three” essentials in a livestock operation (alongside air and feed), and particularly a hog operation, it’s often the most overlooked. My goal is to shift that mindset by highlighting the critical role water plays in overall animal health and performance. I’m excited to introduce Kanter’s innovative solutions and help producers see the real value these products can bring to their operation.

3. How does your ag background influence your approach to building relationships in the field?

I’m hopeful that my background in ag will allow me to connect with producers on a deeper level. Growing up in agriculture, I’ve seen firsthand what goes into running an operation and the types of challenges that are faced day to day. That experience helps me relate to their priorities and approach conversations in a way that’s respectful of their time and what they’re up against.

4.Kanters is known for its science-backed, preventative approach—what aspect of the product line are you most excited to share?

I’d say I’m most excited to tap into the drinking water side of things (pun intended). Clean drinking water is such a fundamental piece of any operation, and I’m really looking forward to showing producers the results that can come from improving something that’s often overlooked. One area that’s especially exciting is the after-weaning protocol Kanters developed. It’s been proven highly successful in Europe, supporting animal health and growth during that critical transition period, and we’re now seeing the first U.S. producers implement it with great results. It’s a clear example of how targeted water-soluble solutions can make a measurable impact. I’m also excited about the variety of products Kanters offers. Having access to tools that allow for customized plans means we can work with each operation’s specific needs. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach, and that’s what makes it so valuable.

5. What are your goals for your first year—and how do you plan to make your mark?

In my first year, I hope to bring more visibility to the solutions Kanters offers by having meaningful, informed conversations with producers and understanding where our products can bring the most value. I’m looking forward to learning from the team, building meaningful connections and helping position Kanters as a trusted resource for long-term success.
