¹ AVMA accredited veterinary school graduates, upon joining the AVMA, are eligible for one complimentary AVMA Convention registration within five (5) years from the date of graduation (year of graduation 2014-2018). Eligibility will be verified from AVMA membership records.

² Students working towards a veterinary degree and Veterinary Technician Students. Non-SAVMA Member Students must present school ID when picking up registration materials onsite.

³ AVMA welcomes the guests and children of attendees to participate in some events. Guests and children are not permitted to attend continuing education (CE) classes.

Convention CE certificates

AVMA offers two types of CE certificates

General Certificate of Attendance – Shows the maximum hours of AVMA approved CE credit.
Detailed CE Certificate – Lists each attended session title and the total earned CE hours.

If you have questions about which type best meets your needs, check the state veterinary licensing board website for CE criteria.

Information about 2018 CE certificates

2018 CE certificates can be accessed through the AVMA Convention App or from your desktop. You can log into the app using your email address and last name. This year, your sessions and events have been automatically tracked throughout the convention You can email or download your certificate directly from the app or from your desktop.
