This summer thousands of professionals from the pork-industry will gather to discuss topics and trends at the 2021 World Pork Expo.
The National Pork Producers Council is set to host World Pork Expo, the world’s largest pork-specific event, on June 9 to 11 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, Iowa. Industry professionals and producers will gather for three days at the World Pork Expo.
“NPPC looks forward to hosting World Pork Expo and the invaluable opportunity to gather with those representing every aspect of the pork supply chain,” said NPPC President Jen Sorenson, communications director for Iowa Select Farms in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Registration is available online at a discounted price of $10, now through June 3. Attendees can register by visiting the World Pork Expo website. Registration will also be available on-site for $20 or a Friday-only option for $10.
Hundreds of exhibitors and vendors from the pork industry are slated to display and present new products, innovations and more across the Fairgrounds. Attendees can expect to learn from companies representing the animal health, nutrition, build and equipment, financial marketing, and genetics industries.
During the Expo, attendees are encouraged to attend educational seminars, networking opportunities, and more. Attendees can expect company-sponsored hospitality tents — perfect for casual networking opportunities for producers and employees alike. The trade show will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 9-10, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 11. We look forward to seeing you at this can’t miss event happening June 9-11 in Des Moines.
