HyLife- The Official Protein Sponsor of Southeast Event Center

Whether you are attending a Pistons game, a concert, or just dropping in for a bite to eat, Steinbach  will now enjoy the same top-tier HyLife pork loved across the globe – now served with a side of hometown pride.

As part of ongoing efforts to support the places where we live and work, HyLife is proud to be the official protein sponsor of the newly built Southeast Event Centre in Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada.

Premium pork products are now front and center- featured at the Forum and Bistro, a brand-new restaurant opening under the same roof. The space boosts a relaxed atmosphere serving simple, high-quality dishes that let ingredients speak for themselves. In addition to the restaurant, there are two HyLife Pork concessions in the building, where you can enjoy meals to go or game day snacks.

“We believe food has the power to bring people together, create meaningful connections, and enrich communities.  Our company embraces opportunities to share HyLife’s world-class pork with our neighbours and friends, and this partnership exemplifies that vision,” said Karan Sangfai, President and CEO, HyLife.

Jean-Phillippe Charpentier is leading Southeast Event Centre’s culinary efforts. He will also continue to spearhead culinary initiatives for HyLife as the company’s Corporate Chef.

”I’m excited to see it all come to life because to me, cooking is all about creating memories of good times and good food. And, it doesn’t get any better than HyLife pork, shared Jean-Phillippe Charpentier.

A few HyLife features on Form and Bistro’s menu include the classic and ever-popular Tonkatsu Bites, a breaded pork tenderloin served with sesame sauce, green cabbage, and a mouthwatering NY Pork steak grilled with house-made rub.

All offerings, prepared in a kitchen designed by Charpentier.

”From the placement of workstations to the selection of tools and equipment, every element is optimized to ensure efficiency and inspire creativity. An ergonomically designed kitchen fuels a chef’s ability to work seamlessly, allowing ideas to flow freely and the cooking process to unfold with precision.”

Beyond the kitchen; the building is a true community investment. $25.5 million in private funding came from stakeholders, including HyLife and its founders, made significant contributions to support the new legacy space.

This is a strong local partnership and our company is proud to be part of the Fuelled by Pork journey with the entire community.
