The partnership combines Heartland’s turn-key construction management and BESCO’s precision-engineered steel building expertise to deliver one of the most advanced sow facilities in the region — emphasizing efficiency, safety, and long-term performance.

The steel design also enhances fire resistance and reduces contamination risks compared to traditional wood construction.
