Countries Ban Belgian Pork Imports, Fear African Swine Fever

Six countries have banned pork imports from Belgium after the European nation discovered the highly contagious African swine fever in two dead boars last week. The six nations, which include China, South Korea and Mexico, represent about 50 percent of Belgium’s total pork exports.
